  Tried this location of Chatime as it was close to my lunch spot
  
  Drink: on par with other locations
  
  Service: ordered through the Ritual app and it was ready upon arrival. Average service; staff isn't friendly but it could be a language/cultural barrier

  Not my favourite Cha Time. Bubble tea is inconsistent every time I come to this location. Staffs are easily distracted and needs further training.
  
  I ordered 2 bubble teas, and tried to redeem a free drink with my Cha Time Elite card. Cashier flat out said no, because it has to be done through 2 separate transactions. Uhh... a drink can easily be taken out, since I didn't even make a payment. It was common sense. It took her a long time to figure out how to do it. As a Cha Time Elite, I also got to choose a macaron. I chose the roasted milk tea flavour, and the cashier's coworker grabbed me the lavender one. I told her she grabbed the wrong flavour, but she said the signs for milk tea and lavender got switched around. Well, she was wrong, and gave me lavender. It was good , but not what I requested.
  
  Be careful when it snows here. Entrance can get damp and filled with slush. No wet floor sign, and no one changes the mat that can't absorb any more water :(

  Good tasting boba tea drinks. Everytime I've been here, the drinks are made consistently and they give you a choice of how much sugar you want. I can't say if all the flavours are good as I stick to only 2 kinds but I would assume that they are all good because lineups usually during peak hours are always long. Hence the 4 stars, would be better if they somehow fixed the wait issue.

  Only here because my double date friend insisted on treating me to a bbt and she got my drink spot on! How does she do it! So grateful for having amazingly attentive and thoughtful friends such as her!!

  I've come frequently and sometimes it's extremely busy and sometimes there's no line up. Perhaps because of how busy they are, sometimes the servers seem to can't be bothered with taking my order. However the quality of the bubble teas are usually consistent.
